Peaches Geldof has been found dead at her home in Kent at the age of 25.

The daughter of Bob Geldof and the late Paula Yates, she had two children.

Her death is being treated as unexplained and sudden by police.

Officers were called to her house in Wrotham at 1.35pm after receiving a report of concern for the welfare of a woman.

She was pronounced dead by South East Coast Ambulance Service.

In her last message on Twitter, she posted a picture of her as a child with her mother, who died of a heroin overdose in 2000.

Geldof's friend Lily Allen tweeted: "My thoughts are with the Geldof's at this awful time. I hope they get to grieve in peace. Peaches, rest in peace gorgeous girl."

Poor girl. And another tragedy for the Geldof family.

It's so sad for her boys and the whole family.   

Indeed, her father must be in bits. It's like history repeating itself. Tragic for her children.

History does seem to be repeating itself. So sad.

I just read on DS that Bob Geldof's own mother died when he was about seven. He must feel he's cursed, poor man.

I hope the media at least try to behave and have some thought for Peaches' children and wider family.

Last night before going to bed, was going to post an article stating that so far there were no signs of suicide or foul play. Was wondering what might have brought on a massive heart attack or similar.

She did look startlingly thin in some photos.

The autopsy will make it clear in a few days?

That's the bottom line Bonny? Was hoping the cause would be known quickly for the sake of her family.

Indeed, I think everyone was hoping that though tragic in someone so young, it would be something simple and natural.

What a shame for her young family. They are innocent babies.....

That's why she was rail thin and found dead. What a shame and waste of a young life. Her poor husband, children and family.
