BREAKING REPORT: Officer Darren Wilson Suffered “Orbital Blowout Fracture to Eye Socket” During Mike Brown Attack
Posted by Jim Hoft on Tuesday, August 19, 2014, 10:00 AM
The Gateway Pundit can now confirm from two local St. Louis sources that police Officer Darren Wilson suffered facial fractures during his confrontation with deceased 18 year-old Michael Brown. Officer Wilson clearly feared for his life during the incident that led to the shooting death of Brown. This was after Michael Brown and his accomplice Dorian Johnson robbed a local Ferguson convenience store.
I have no idea how correct that is. Not that it will make the slightest bit of difference, no-one is listening to reason at present.

If that is true, it does answer a very important question but I guess that will just be background noise at the moment.
In time it could help a lot. Again, if this is true and it may well be.

I can quite honestly say, Lily, that if I was being attacked by someone that size, stoned into the bargain, I would shoot him too. And so would all the people currently moralising about it.

Bonny, there is no way to sugar coat this, he looks intimidating. I do understand how it could have happened and someone only has to be fearful for their life. That must apply to L.E. too.

China's joined in with Iran and Egypt, those bastions of freedom:
http://www.infowars.com/chinese-state-media-lectures-u-s-on-human-rights-after-ferguson-riots/
The police response to riots and unrest in Ferguson, Missouri has even shocked apologists for the Chinese government, with state media lecturing the United States about its penchant for pointing the finger at others for human rights abuses while ignoring its own advice at home.

It seems to have been bad again, and this won't have helped:
http://www.foxnews.com/us/2014/08/20/missouri-gov-calls-for-vigorous-prosecution-ferguson-shooting-case/
Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon drew criticism from his own Lt. Governor Tuesday when he said "a vigorous prosecution must now be pursued" in the shooting death of black 18-year-old Michael Brown by white police Officer Darren Wilson in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson.
Nixon made the comment in a videotaped statement in which he said he would not remove St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch from the case despite the demands of some black leaders who believe that McCulloch's deep family ties to law enforcement would affect his impartiality. McCullouch's father, mother, brother, uncle and cousin all worked for the St. Louis Police Department, and his father was killed while responding to a call involving a black suspect.
In his statement, Nixon cited what he called the "well-established process" by which prosecutors can recuse themselves from pending investigations to make way for a special prosecutor. Departing from that process, Nixon said in a statement, "could unnecessarily inject legal uncertainty into this matter and potentially jeopardize the prosecution."
"We have a responsibility," Nixon said, "to come together, and do everything we can to achieve justice for [Brown's] family." Nixon added that McCulloch and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder had an obligation "to achieve justice in the shooting death of Michael Brown must be carried out thoroughly, promptly, and correctly."
What? No, first you establish what actually happened, and don't go along with what the howling mob claims happened. You most certainly don't pre-judge the case. Has everyone there been taking Stupid Tablets?

You know you’ve lost the plot when Egypt, Iran, China and the United Nations all feel so comfortable they have the moral high ground that they publicly chastise the U.S. about events in Ferguson.
Yup. Even Amnesty's got people in there too, now. Clusterfkc.

Re: Syrian terrorists being trained by US
OMG, someone has said something sensible!
The former head of the British Army says the West should consider negotiating with Syria's president to tackle Islamist extremists in Syria and Iraq.
Lord Dannatt told Sky News the time may have come to talk to Bashar al Assad about collaborating in the fight against Islamic State (IS) which now controls large areas of the two countries.
He said: "You have to at least consider the otherwise unpalatable thought that maybe we've got to have some kind of dialogue, whether it's under the counter or over the counter, with President Assad of Syria.
I hope others follow his lead.

Re: Syrian terrorists being trained by US
Oh, look at Washington and Westminster trying to do a screeching U-turn, as the monster they created turns on them:
http://news.sky.com/story/1323311/us-ready-to-take-action-against-is-in-syria
The announcement that the US would consider acting in Syria came after the former head of the British Army said the West should consider negotiating with Syrian president Bashar al Assad to tackle IS.

I doubt if Assad is going to be any too keen to trust this shower, as they were all set to bomb his country back to the Stone Age last year, after the 'gas attack' carried out by their own allies.
I am sure Assad is perfectly well aware that, if it hadn't been for Milliband and Putin, the US, UK and others would now be embroiled in an illegal war in Syria supporting the ISIS gang.
I suggest they all stop making sniffy remarks about Assad; horrid though he may be, he was also elected by the Syrian people.

Re: Syrian terrorists being trained by US
http://news.sky.com/story/1323378/asbos-for-extremists-to-tackle-uk-jihadists
Home Secretary Theresa May is planning to bring in new laws to tackle the threat of British jihadists - including "anti-social behaviour orders" for extremists.
Mrs May will announce a three-point plan to counter British Muslim extremists, warning that the security threat to the UK will continue for decades.
The measures would target the activities of radical preachers, such as Anjem Choudary, whose extreme rhetoric currently does not constitute a crime.
Full details are yet to emerge, but the new power will be designed to restrict extremists' behaviour and language.
As with an Asbo, it could result in a criminal conviction carrying a jail term if breached.
More at link.
OMG, not a jail term???? That should have them shaking in their shoes.

Quote:
Hagel and Dempsey also said that defeating ISIS requires a broad-based approach that includes forging an international coalition and better governance in Iraq and Syria to build public opposition to the extremists.
"Political reform will make it harder for (ISIS) to exploit sectarian divisions," Hagel said. The United States and other powers will shore up Iraq at the same time.
The United States should build a coalition against ISIS that includes regional countries such as Turkey, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Jordan that can contribute air power -- much of it provided by America, Hof said.
Good luck with that one, chum, several of those countries are bankrolling ISIS.
Incidentally, I do hope the US is not going to bomb the sovereign nation of Syria in pursuit of its latest madness? That would be more than a little hypocritical, after all the wailing about the Russian aid convoy.
And would be seen as such by the wider world.

Re: Syrian terrorists being trained by US
At the same time, Mudd says, if the United States wants to really hurt ISIS, it has to strike at its base -- which is Syria.
But that also could empower al-Assad, who has long dismissed the uprising against his leadership as a fight against terrorists, Hof said.
Until now, al-Assad has allowed ISIS to grow in Syria because it joins his government in fighting the anti-government forces.
However, ISIS fighters have taken over rebel-held territory and even some government-held areas, causing al-Assad to launch airstrikes against them in some places.
Al-Assad's strategy
"This is basically two criminal gangs who often in effect collaborate but now have a difference over real money over who controls oil fields and the like," Hof said of the relationship between al-Assad and ISIS.
Wiping out the Syrian opposition would leave only ISIS and al-Assad, who would then position himself to the West as the lesser of two evils and an ally in fighting the jihadists, Hof said.
What a load of utter sh*te! Is this how it's being spun, for the benefit of those who imagine they have head-chopping snackbars under their beds?

Worth a read:
'The US could have done more to free my brother': Angry younger siblings of James Foley hit out at the White House for failing to prevent the execution - as parents reveal they watched the video
Michael Foley, 38, claimed more could have been done to get his brother, James Foley home
Frustration grew watching his brother's fellow hostages being freed
Wants a reassessment of the US policy of non-negotiation with terrorists

If Obama can swap five prisoners for one soldier who went AWOL in dubious circumstances, then he can negotiate the release of other hostages. And make it clear that in future, if US citizens deliberately put themselves in harm's way in war zones, then they should not necessarily expect the US to start wars to rescue them.
Foley's death was horrible, and a tragedy for his family, but killing more people in revenge - and we all know perfectly well that it is civilians in the Middle East that will be on the receiving end of US bombs - is not going to bring him back. If the armchair generals ever thought further ahead than the next soundbite, then they would have grasped that the head-chopping maniacs WANT to lure the US into a war.
Because more innocents will die, more homes will be destroyed, more revenge will be sought by survivors, and more terrorists will be created.
