I actually don't thing Washington and others can do much more than complain from the sidelines, unless they want to admit that the whole 'War on Terror' business has been a lie from start to finish. That line in the WSJ about Al Quaeda being 'moderates' does rather show how far things have degenerated on Obama's watch.

I notice there hasn't been a word from Washington about the Saudis killing over 100 people at a wedding in Yemen...

That is a war crime, plain and simple. America was telling Islamists it was perfectly OK to kill unarmed, injured, prisoners of war - men from the army of the legal government of Syria.

The US has admitted it may have killed a number of aid workers in an air raid in northern Afghanistan.

Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) says at least three of its staff were killed when a hospital in the city of Kunduz was hit during the strike.

It says up to 30 are still missing....etc

I think wiping out MSF doctors and hospital patients is just a little bit worse than bombing CIA-approved terrorists.

A period of silence on the subject from Washington would be a good idea.

A viral video purporting to show a young Syrian boy rescuing a girl under fire from a sniper has been outed as a sham. The clip was initially reported as authentic by several Western media outlets, and it has been viewed over 3.8 million times on YouTube.

The video — dubbed "Syrian Hero Boy" — was the creation of Norwegian filmmakers hoping to pass the footage off as real and draw attention to the issue of children in conflict zones. The dramatic clip shows a boy dashing through a dusty street and dodging bullets to rescue a little girl hiding behind a burned-out car. Onlookers shout "Allahu Akbar" in the background as the kids make their escape.

"The film appears to show an authentic phone or amateur video recording, but is in fact a short fiction film released in the hopes to create political action and debate and focus on innocent children growing up in war," Oslo-based filmmaker Lars Klevberg wrote in a statement shared on Twitter.

Klevberg told the BBC that the footage was shot in Malta earlier this year "on a set that was used for other famous movies like Troy and Gladiator."

"The little boy and girl are professional actors from Malta. The voices in the background are Syrian refugees living in Malta," he said......more at link.

The medical charity says a further 18 people were also badly hurt, making 37 altogether....etc.

There is no diversity training in progress, nor any transgender awareness lectures, or any of the other moonbattery that has been inflicted on the US military.
