He also fits Smithman, Rhodes. And he lived very near the Smithman sighting at that time - I don't know where he lives now.

I am trying not to speculate, but if it turns out Malinka was involved, then frankly, Gonzo deserves to end up in jail for such utter incompetence - if not something far worse.
