Still close: The alleged former lovers sat next to each other on the Labour front bench in the House of Commons on Monday

Their affair is said to have included a tour of East Germany on his motorbike when he was a councillors and she was a young civil liberties campaigner.

That's the bit that should really scare people - Lefties did NOT campaign for civil liberties in the People's Republic of East Germany, indeed, it was Leftie Heaven.
So WTF were they really doing in East Germany - besides having sex?

Re: Hopey-changey in the UK
They were learning how to change the United Kingdom into the Socialist Soviet Republics of England, Scotland, Wales and N Ireland, how to subjugate Joe and Jane Public to worship Stalin, Lenin etc. They were being radicalised just like the Islam imans do their acolytes. Luckily the Wall came down before the worst happenend. Re: Hopey-changey in the UK
Agree, LL. Problem is, their ideas didn't change when the Wall came down. I have a LOT of questions about Merkel's real beliefs, too.
What better way is there of undermining sovereign nations than swamping them with an alien culture? There is a wierd tie-up between lefties and Islamists, when genuine left-wingers should detest everything militant Islam stands for.
Subjugation of women, hatred of gays, abuse of children, rape as a weapon of war, that sort of thing....
But time after time, lefties are crying over dead jihadists and fretting about their snivel rights being infringed when they get a drone up their backsides.

Jeremy Corbyn: Labour will campaign for UK to stay in the EU
Labour leader ends speculation over which way party will go, confirming a pro-Europe campaign no matter the outcome of Cameron’s renegotiation
Did anyone seriously believe he would do otherwise? He's just another Big Statist.
Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

He's looking less and less edgy and radical by the day, Lily. Europe was the litmus test for many people - if he really was what he pretends to be, then he wouldn't even have considered campaigning to stay in.

Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn will not pursue a British exit from NATO and does not wish to disband the British Army, according to his firebrand Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell.
Speaking Thursday night on the BBC’s flagship debate show, Question Time, McDonnell was challenged on both issues by other panelists.
He said it was “not the case” that Corbyn would campaign for a NATO exit and that the lifelong anti-war activist, who chairs the Stop the War coalition, did not want to “disband the army.”
Must be the shortest-lived 'rebellion' on record - less than a week after Corbyn's elected, and he's changed his mind about everything.

Oh no! What are his fans going to say about this change of heart?
Is he actually trying to keep it real for a change?

Re: Hopey-changey in the UK
This is beyond parody:
Cabinet of convicts: Now Corbyn promotes an ARSONIST and football hooligan to his Labour frontbench team
Mike Watson served eight months in prison for starting hotel fire in 2004
Disgraced lord will serve under shadow education secretary Lucy Powell
Meanwhile, MP Ian Lavery was arrested for football hooliganism in 1980s
Ex-union boss has been handed role in Jeremy Corbyn's Shadow Cabinet

Jeremy Corbyn faced further criticism after he appointed a convicted arsonist and an MP arrested for football hooliganism in the 1980s to key positions in the Labour party.
Disgraced Mike Watson, a Labour peer who served eight months in prison for starting a fire in a hotel in November 2004, has been promoted to education spokesman.
And MP Ian Lavery, a hardline ex-union baron who was arrested for hooliganism at a football game, has been handed a Shadow Cabinet Office role.

Not only is Watson an unelected trougher, he is also a convicted arsonist unelected trougher. Corbyn must be in the pay of the Tories....
