Stephen Birch to a report sent to Portugal

A report with new data which suggest that Madeleine McCann is buried in the backyard of the house of Robert Murat, a few hundred meters from the Ocean Club holiday village, where the British child disappeared in May 2007 in Praia da Luz, Lagos, was delivered last week the Attorney General's Office.
In the document prepared by Birch Organisation after the use of geo-radar site, you are asked the attorney general to give instructions to proceed with the excavations in order to clarify what is buried in the rear access of the property. "The report reveals two aspects that are new. First, the Portuguese authorities did not investigate how it should be the property of Robert Murat. And second, there is something underground, as evidenced by the images of the geo-radar," he said yesterday CM entrepreneur and researcher Stephen Birch.

The South African further calls Pinto Monteiro for ordering "a monitoring site to prevent the crime scene is compromised or tampered with." Contacted yesterday by CM, an official source of the PGR said that "the attorney general's office actually received a document from the Birch Organisation and the data received will be examined by competent judges."
However, the same source added that "the process will only be reopened if any new facts, credible and relevant, which until now has not happened yet."
Stephen Birch sent that report to the British authorities, but says he turned out to be investigated: "I just asked where he had arranged the radar." Birch also questioned why nothing was done since has shown a month ago, there was the possibility of Maddie being dead and buried. "They need to shovel?" He asks.

To use the geo-radar, Birch invaded the land of Robert Murat the night, when the British left. Just released the results when he returned to his country.

The inquiry was closed in July 2008. Can only be reopened on the initiative of the prosecutor.

What a load of drivel! CdM didn't get their money's worth from Team Gonc with this one!

For certain sure, somebody has got a problem. Should The PJ investigate or not? Nobody with any sense believes that there is anything there, but how will they know for sure if they don't look?
Will Robert Murat be able to sue The Portuguese State if they do dig up his garden yet again?
Stephen Birch must return to Portugal if he wants his claims investigated, otherwise he will say that The PJ didn't look in the right place, or that someone has moved the body.
And if he won't go back then he is an attention seeking fraud.

Sabot, I should think the PJ are quite capable of checking for themselves without telling the entire world about it - not least for the Murat family's peace of mind, in case this hounder whackjob has planted 'evidence'.

Remember, Gonc isn't around any more, so the PJ can operate without Sources in the PJ telling CdM every time one of them goes to the toilet.

The hounders, forkers, haters and Birch seem to have forgotten one small detail.

CONTRARY TO WHAT GONC LED THEM TO BELIEVE, THEY ARE NOT ENTITLED TO KNOW WHAT THE POLICE ARE, OR ARE NOT, DOING.

The PJ do NOT have to report to CdM, the internet, or Birch.

They will, naturally, keep the Murat family, Scotland Yard, and the McCanns informed.

Three British Prime Ministers, at least one Portuguese Prime Minister. Two State's Judicial Systems and several Police Forces, all against the moronic ramblings of a Disgraced Ex PJ Officer with a Conviction for Lying Under Oath, and the paranoid delusions of an Ex Disgraced Solicitor.

Don't forget believing every single word from internationally-notorious liar Levy, and his ex-squeeze Morais, who has been caught lying several times.

Most famously, when she had to publically grovel to Isabel Duarte for making false statements about her.

Oh, and believing that sh*t about 'six dead bodies', which was invented by Arguido Cristovao, who is facing more charges than I can remember. He left the PJ under a cloud after wriggling out of rape allegations, and being found guilty of helping himself to PJ funds.

And those are the kind of creatures the haters idolise!

I sometimes think the haters are part of an experiment by psychologists to find out just how gullible and nasty certain sections of society can be, and how readily they join in lynch mobs.

I sometimes suspect they are all Criminals of some kind or another. Why else would they so readily condone Criminal Behaviour. They are incapable of being honest or of telling the truth.
The only Policeman that Bennett has ever supported has a Criminal Conviction for lying, but then Bennett is a Liar himself.

So no, no-one is going to be fulfilling their ghoulish dreams. Birch is neither credible nor relevance. Just like Heidi's fillums are neither credible nor relevant. Just like Kiki's libellous assertions about creches and and pings are neither credible nor relevant.

Come on, Lily, it's been falling around their ears for the last five years. We just didn't realise just how awful these people are, or how terrible were the lies that they told.
Some of us are still here for some reason or another, and some of us are still shocked by the perfidy, although God knows why. But the real world does not believe that The McCanns are guilty.
I suppose that most of us are hanging on to see both Amaral and Bennett totally discredited, and we have hard earned that by the abuse that we have been subjected to, along with The McCanns, and Madeleine.
After that? I don't really know, but there is always Cristovao and the other arseholes.

Or a combination of all three?

Whatever it was, it didn't work. No-one fell for it - except the hounders, haters and forkers in the Gonc cult.

But then, they would believe anything, as long as it hurt Madeleine McCann and her family.

They must be more stupid than they appear to be if they thought that was going to work.
I think they are trying to affect The Two Trials coming up. Anything to suggest that Madeleine is dead by the hands of the three absolved Arguidos, and that Amaral and Bennett have a right to say so.

Team Gonc reckoned they could muddy the waters before the two big trials with this bullsh*t. Thankfully, it's been nipped in the bud by the PJ and AG - which they hadn't expected.

What is perplexing is why didn't Murat implore the PJ to come and dig up his backyard just to put the story to bed. There is no harm in that surely, just a bit of inconvenience that's all of having to put up with the digging activities. Plus he would be doing a decent citizen's duty of helping find Madeleine. Didn't he say in his post financial compensation from the Press that he hopes Madeleine is found.

Now I wonder what's stopping Murat or his mum for that matter from asking the PJ to come and dig up that contentious patch in question.

Why do they think Robert Murat - or anyone else - has to jump to do the bidding of some Team Gonc snake oil salesman?

And Birch IS Team Gonc - remember his fulsome praise for Amoral?

He also praised Gonçalo Amaral, considering him an honest and competent person and a policeman with many years of experience.

Sadly for Gonc, Faro criminal court didn't agree with Birch.

Birch won't believe it if nothing is found. He will then want somewhere else dug up. Not to mention the next idiot that breaks into somewhere and insists that they have found something.
It would be a much better idea to dig up the gardens of Team Gonc. I bet they've got some interesting stuff buried.
