PJ and missing children Association sign Protocol
The Portuguese Association of missing children (APCD) and the Polícia Judiciária (PJ) signed, on Thursday, a cooperation protocol for support to families and studies related to the disappearance and sexual exploitation of minors.

This Protocol signed by the director general of the PJ, Almeida Rodrigues, and by the President of the APCD, Patricia Sousa Cipriano, also includes the "joint implementation action plans within the framework of primary prevention, with the intensive use of the sites of both institutions".

In a statement drafted by both parties, though awareness and counselling will be made "in schools, local authorities, business centers, summer camps, football stadiums and other large agglomeration of people".

These actions aim to contact with "parents, teachers, government administrative officials, and for the safety of large public spaces and carers".

The fundamental objective is to provide information that makes it possible "to avoid as much as possible the accidental disappearance of children", in addition to giving directions to a best response after the observation of the occurrence.

The APCD is a non-governmental institution providing legal and psychological support to families of missing persons. In the first four months of this year, the APCD registered a total of 766 disappearances of young people aged between 12 and 18 years.

It wasn't true then, it isn't true now, and the crap is never, ever going to be true.

But if anyone can force themselves to wade through all of Gonc's utterances - not just the book - it becomes blindingly obvious where the majority of the crap has come from.

This garbage is Gonc's doing, and IMO it is well past time he was called to account for it.

I do think Gonc got some of his ideas from his Fan Club. He waded through The Hate Sites, picked out the theories that he liked, leaked them to The Press, and then stuck them in his book. This is Investigating Portuguese Style, and saves the bother of interrupting his 24/7 Social Life.

The books are in Isabel Duartes possession, because the Court hasn't decided, some of the problems raised on appeal.
Gonc and Guerra e Paz have NEVER asked formally, through the court, to receive the books back.
