I can't believe how stupid and gullible I was, Sabot - I suspect I would have caught on earlier if I had been a Mail reader, instead of the Express, with all its lurid - and false -headlines.

It never entered my thick head that all that stuff that was appearing from Sources in the PJ was actually a pack of lies.

I wish I had seen the Mail articles and realized just how useless Gonc was. You can't turn back the clock, unfortunately.

But you may be sure that the Translators on The Mirror Forum and 3As knew all about Gonc and his oppos. That is such a disgrace.

Good point - yes, they did know, and deliberately spread propaganda and lies. So what does that make them - and what's in it for them?

Ah well, I fell in with a bad crowd quite early on, you see. I bunch of nutters who refused to get with The Programme, so I was lucky. I stopped believing newspapers at that point, and started reading between the lines and using a bit of common sense.
It was surprising how quickly it all fell into place after that.
