Re: D-DAY FOR BENNETT
Oh, they can get much stupider that than, and no doubt will before the day is out.

Re: D-DAY FOR BENNETT
"Well, well, if they have to put in a new application listing only 25 breaches, I cant help wondering if the alleged breach of the sale of 60-reason leaflet would be included this time round because it would involve implicating their bait they used to entrap TB. If they rescind that, maybe it's valid reason enough for TB to cite their litigation intention was vexatious."
That actually should win prizes for stupidity, unless Bennett is telling them bollox like that in private.
And I should think CR were rubbing their hands in delight when Bennett so foolishly made malicious and false allegations about Mike Gunnill - beyond stupid of Bennett, as he has nothing to do with CR or the McCann family.
No wonder the judge told Bennett that he was an extremely foolish man.

Re: D-DAY FOR BENNETT

Re: D-DAY FOR BENNETT
I haven't ventured as far as haven's hole but MM is hilarious! One of the forkers is suggesting bentit Gets an honour!
Congratulations and well done to Tony Bennett. What a brave courageous man!! Once the McCanns are behind bars, Tony Bennett should be included in the Queen's Honour List or, for that matter, even before that eventuality.
What are they not seeing here? He's sunk!
(I seem to remember him getting banned from mm, some row over something or other)

Barbie, you are right. It is hilarious.
There is forker world and then there is the real world. It would be stunning if they could brave the real one for a change.

Re: D-DAY FOR BENNETT
I see it, but I can scarcely believe it - even by hounder standards this is well.....AWESOME!
If MG was working on his own - what's with the limo that arrived at TB's house to collect the booklet? Did I dream about that or did TB actually tell us? If the limo actually existed - did MG go to the trouble of hiring a limo at his own expense, or did it belong to a third party? Did TB get the registration number I wonder?
That one thinks Mike Gunnill sent the fiver in a limo to swap for the leaflet
And they wonder why they get laughed at
No, dear, the lever arch files that had Bennett in such a swoon arrived by limo - according to Bennett, anyway.
It was probably just a car that was less than 50 years old.

Re: D-DAY FOR BENNETT
Knew we had it somewhere:
https://jatyk2.forumotion.co.uk/t834-mccanns-smethurst-commence-legal-action-against-bennett
At 6.20pm the same day (Thursday), a process server employed by Carter-Ruck came up to Chippingfield in a ‘Godfather’-style limousine, driven by another person, and handed me a large and heavy cardboard box, measuring 16" x 14" x 12" (40cm x 35cm x 30cm for those who do metric), containing 5 huge ring binders of statements on behalf of the McCanns, and accompanying evidence. These contained over 3,000 pages in total, mostly photocopies of my articles on the Madeleine Foundation website and several dozen postings on Jill Havern’s site. The cardboard box was of exceptional quality, while these were no ordinary lever arch files. They were beautifully finished in the attractive Oxford blue livery of Carter-Ruck, complete with their logo and full contact details.

So if he skips the irrelevant bits, (his own stuff), he hasn't got much to read. What's he beefing about?
They had to read all his stuff ... FGS!

Re: D-DAY FOR BENNETT
Sadie, isn't it typical of him? Those are HIS words that HE has been moaning about that Carter Ruck have had to go through. The Judge doesn't want to go through all those pages either, hence the requested 'short' version.
Exactly whose words does HE think they are?
Smoke and mirrors courtesy of Bennett.

Jeez, can you imagine reading about 2000 pages of his stuff?
The analaysts at Carter Ruck deserve a pay rise, and a good long holiday to get over it.
