It seems the judge chastised the McCanns representation over certain aspects of the case, and it may well be that the calling of a WITNESS in the subsequent rounds may prove tricky for Team McCann. I'm sure Tony will update all himself in time, and I don't want to comment or elaborate on details. But today was only the beginning of a long and difficult process, which appeared to have been fairly and judiciously heard. Onwards and upwards!

If he is telling the truth, the case looks more in Bennett's favor than the McCanns.

Bennett has been slapped down very severely indeed, but the judge was lenient and didn't order him sectioned in Rampton, providing he behaves himself.

In forkerspeak, the phrase onwards and upwards means it has been yet another disaster for the Truthseekers, but tick tock, one of these days, that tide is going to turn.

If Spudgun is talking of a "Fair and judicial trial", it can only mean one thing.

All the evidence for both sides, will have to be presented once again and a final decision will be made then. That's good progress by the sounds of things. Wipe the slate clean and start again.
