Cristóvão refuses to co-operate with PJ

Of course Amaral is going to get dragged into this. If he isn't already. Two lying crooked PJ Officers working together, and both involved in a Case of Torture of a suspect and a witness? It speaks for itself, really.

It doesn't bear thinking about just what will could actually be uncovered in this case.

Cristovao's computer was hacked

Was the subject of disciplinary procedures for misuse of 800 euros in the DCCB and

attempted rape of a complainant. In the first case, was convicted in 2004, ended the second complaint filed by forfeit.

The misuse of police money was proven, for there to have been disciplinary measures.

But what about the rape charge? Does 'filed by forfeit' mean it was settled out of court, that Cristovao had to pay damages to the victim to keep it hushed up?

As for the forkers - they deserve to be laughed to scorn. We've said repeatedly that Team Gonc was rotten to the core, but even we had no idea of just how bad it was going to get.

And these are the very people the Truthseekers have been idolizing.

They wouldn't listen to us; I do hope they will listen to the people of Portugal, and the outrage in the Portuguese press.

And I hope they take in the irony of their pinup boy Cristovoa refusing to co-operate with his former colleagues in the PJ in a criminal investigation into massive corruption in Portugal.

That is what is worrying me, Maggs. A legal loophole abused by a corrupt Judge.

The word Forfeit implies that there was something wrong with the way in which the complaint was made.. You forfeit something if it can be found that the rules weren't observed. This is what The Judge tried to do in The Case of Torture brought by Leandro Silva against Goncalo Amaral. The Judge tried to say that the complaint was made out of time, although it did fail in this case because Marcos Correia Appealed and won.
