Anthony Bennett, failed solicitor, is a complete PRAT. He is now whingeing that people want do charge him for the work HE is causing them while they try to deal with the filthy libel he posts all over the place.

He was given advice a long time ago. Stop libelling people.

HE REFUSED TO TAKE THAT ADVICE and now he is suffering the consequences.

This is but a taster for the real bills CR will be sending him when he loses his libel case against the McCanns. He won't know what has hit him when the full account of his deviant behaviour is punished.

Only a complete FOOL would choose to pay all his savings to a legal firm just so that he can have his "fun" posting garbage on the internet and pretending to be a clever man. He is not clever at all. He has never understood the PJ files, prefering to rely on a convicted liar for his information about this case.

As, has been said, people in the real world despise jumped up little nobodies like Bennett who thnk they have the right to take over cases that have nothing whatsoever to do with them. Only other fools like the dodgy ex cop and the rest of them on Haverns praise such crass stupidity.

It is a lesson to them all that Bennett is now whingeing when he is now being called to PAY FOR HIS DEVIANT BEHAVIOUR. A lesson that many of them would do well to heed because it WILL be their turn soon.

In the meantime I am sitting here LAUGHING MY HEAD OFF at this little fool who has already assisted the McCanns by donating thousands to the Madeleine Fund and will be donating MUCH MORE in the near future.

Thats real payback for his filthy crimes.

Do they not see the reality behind that rambling WHINGE from Bennett? The fact he HID among the DROSS.

The FACT that he is about to pay a fortune for his ONLINE HARASSMENT no matter how many pennies he gets knocked off the total.

Carry on praising him. The more he continues, the MORE the fund to find the missing child Madeleine McCann will benefit because one of the few CERTAINTIES about Bennett is that he will be paying out a great deal more to support that fund.

You could almost believe he WANTS to give his money away to help the search.

It's a bit stunning, really. He started his game with quite a lot of money by ordinary standards, but now it is all galloping down the drain simply because he wanted to prove that he could say whatever he likes. He can't, okay.
And just how many of his ill begotten rabble will be coughing up to supporting him? A Fiver on Paypal won't do it.

Back in mid-2011, when the McCanns, Edward Smethurst and Brian Kennedy got their heads together in June and all plotted to send me legal letters within a week of each other at the beginning of August, Adam Tudor sent her on a little errand: "Go and buy 'The Madeleine McCann Case Files, Volume 1', from The Madeleine Foundation".

She did. She paid MF £4 via PayPal, and got her book.

Among the 2,000 pages of documents delivered by limousine to my door on 1 December was a solemnly-sworn Affidavit from Ms Louise Smith which said, in terms: "I bought the MF book via PayPal".

I assume that that little gem was in the redacted part of the documents?

This publication by me and MF of this book, which is purely and simply a selection from the Portuguese Police Files, is now paraded before the High Court as a 'grave and serious libel and breach of undertaking' which justifies me being incarcerated in a British jail for a period.

Seriously, who does he think he is kidding? Any resemblance between that carp and the real police files is pure coincidence. And does he ever stop whinging? He chose this path of his own free will - no-one forced him to harrass, smear and abuse innocent people.

Like all of the rest of them, Bennett has an incredibly short memory, and also seems to think that hiding in bushes while his troops did the dirty work means that it wasn't him wot done it.
And of course, it was 3As wot wrote all they Libellous Booklets and Leaflets, and printed them off for distribution. So why have they picked on poor old Bennett who never done nothing.

I just want to know what motivated him in the first place. With his obvious hatred of The Police in general, why decided to support the only proven bent copper in this whole ghastly mess of genuine incompetence? For once in his sorry life he had a legitimate target which could have earned him limitless accolades. This is the real question.

At the original hearing, Tugendhut suggested that some of Bennetts actions may be regarded as libellous, and some not - CR had detailed some 270 possible breaches. In order to avoid breaching Bennetts rights to freedom of speech and expression, they would need to drawn the line somewhere.

Tugendhut suggested that they take a sample of say 50 possible breaches, ranging from almost certainly defamatory to not defamatory at all, and the court would decide which were defamatory (if any) to which could be described as fair comment.

I think this book would be one of the samples, and will be subject to scrutiny to determine where on the scale it comes.

I am as baffled as Sabot by their support for dirty cops. They idolize Cristovao as well - the same Cristovao as has all those corruption and gangsterism charges hanging over his head.

The Cristovao who was kicked out of the PJ under a very large cloud, with rape allegations hanging over his head, and having been found guilty of helping himself to €800 of PJ money.

And these are the creatures the hounders and forkers look up to!

Sabot, maybe you should consider defending Bennett? After all, you have had one or two successes in civil law, despite not being qualified - unlike him.

It's hard to believe he ever had any kind of legal training at all, he doesn't seem to have the foggiest idea what he is doing.
