Mr. Bennett is rather wasting his time, isn't he. These are very bright people. But then I expect that Mr. Bennett minds very much that he isn't half so bright. If he was then he wouldn't be in so much trouble.
This is all so pathetic. Some people just are more clever than others. And if Mr. Bennett was in receipt of any kind of honour then he wouldn't have been disgraced.
Did he seriously believe that he wouldn't be found out? Or does he believe that the little people don't matter?

But how does one get born with a God Complex? Or is it genetic? Inborn, as it were? He does seem to have had mental health issues from quite a young age since he appears to have needed psychiatric help at one point in his youth. And then he became a Fundamentalist, and they are all nuts. Dinosaurs on The Ark? Come on, that is crackers. They would have needed an Ark a hundred times the size of what The Bible says it was. Or do they just suit themselves? Silly question.

So was it his Mother, or his Father? Although it could have been an extreme of both, from what I have gathered. BUT and a very big But, lots of people go through this without turning into complete arseholes.
I am so reluctant to suggest that his Maternal Family were of The German persuasion because I just don't know. But you only need to look at history to gain some insight into what they were all about.

Well, Bonny. Would you have ever guessed in a million years, that they have all these socks posting to make it look like loads and loads of people support all the nonsense that Bennett has done?

If, as he claims, his father was in the army then there is a good chance he was a strict disciplinarian. He may have pushed and pushed his children to be the best and that can often be fatal, in the sense that the child, unable to fulfil the high standards demanded of him either becomes disruptive or retreats into himself. If a smothering kind of love comes from the mother then the child will be confused and as he/she gets older the confusion will grow and grow. Also, it sometimes happens that the children of mixed marriages - and by that I mean of two different cultures (we are not discussing color or religion here) can often cause problems as they grow up. For instance my Scottish father and Austrian mother could have had big problems as the two cultures are rather different, dad being a 'dour' islander and mum being an outgoing Viennese, but if they did then they never showed it by word or deed to us kids. We got equal treatment and equal love from both,and were encouraged to 'do our own thing'. No pressure was ever brought upon us to become something we could not, or did not want to become. LL

I was always told that I was utterly useless and stupid, and I can't say that I have ever quite talked myself out of that idea. But I do have an over active sense of injustice, which is why I fight against it when I see it happening to other people.
And I would always rather be wrong than inflict mindless hurt.

More than likely, bonny, but often the basis for mental problems in adulthood stem from one's treatment in childhood. Maybe he was an unwanted child; maybe he was regularly beaten, maybe he was told as a child and later as a teenager that he was useless, a good for nothing. That would start a process of mental trauma and it has grown over the years as he failed time and time again. I find him very dark and dangerous, LL - we have all seen the carnage cult leaders do to their delusional followers. Paranoia plays a very big part in the hounders' belief system, as it did with Koresh and Jim Jones.

Now, while I am not saying Bennett's going to seal his followers in a cave, a la the Rev Henry Kane in Poltergeist, he and his fan club tick all the boxes for cult activity.

Never mind Bennett's front story about 'Free Speach' - LOOK AT WHAT HE HAS DONE AND HOW FAR HE IS PREPARED TO GO IN HIS HATE CRUSADE.

Oh, I agree, he is dangerous, but at the same time I feel a grain of pity for him, strange, I know, but I don't think anyone is totally evil, I think often circumstances and treatment by others warps the character of people. But he has to be stopped, not just for what he does to vulnerable people, but also for himself. He needs the self-hatred removed, then he may be able to stand back and recognise what a monster he has become. But he is an old man, and it is very hard to reverse one's life in old age, even if he were willing to, which I doubt. But as soon as he is removed another will rise in his place, such is the nature of the beast that inhabits all of us. LL.

I therefore have a message for the minion's in the PR Companies that are paid to 'cognitively infiltrate forums' (whatever the writings of Cass Sunstein you should know that you are obvious) however you will clearly be an entry level position, possibly a recently graduate yet know this... when the Mccann's get found out it will be your career on the line also and you will never get work anywhere. You may think that your companies pseudonyms for these forums will keep you safe, however they won't. You will be publicly humiliated by this! My advice to you would be to leak your work remits, key word monitoring information or information deemed sensitive to forums or wikileaks in your spare time. Remember the Nuremberg defence of 'I was just following orders' does not apply.

The same goes for you junior staff at Carter Ruck that are reading this now... If I were you I would start looking for jobs elsewhere as your company is going to be embarrassed and publicly ridiculed for all your dark and devious goings on. If you have 'Carter-Ruck' on your CV around the period when it all goes down then you will have great difficulty getting a job anywhere else. You should think about that. Make no mistake, all this corruption will get exposed, this is the reason for this disparity in arms, there are a lot of people with a hell of a lot to lose and the first people in the firing line will be the junior staff. Your employers and the senior partners will claim lack of knowledge on everything you've been doing and shirk blame in any way.
