Rumours are spreading that the court hearing is over, but we have no confirmation of this from any reliable source, only McCann-haters.

If I were the judge, I would be appalled that such an ignorant, arrogant, scruffy creature thought that that was an appropriate way to behave in the High Court. It will certainly have given him an insight into how dreadful Bennett is, and what the McCanns have had to put up with.

He really should have consulted someone on how to appear in court; judges are often subliminally influenced to a very small degree by the appearance and manner of someone appearing before them. How many times has one seen the 'condemned' dress down before sentencing so that the judge can look at them in a more favourable light? LL

Word is they will keep an eye on what is put on the forum for a week to see if Bennett can keep his mouth shut, if he can't, and I cannot see him doing it, he will be in serious trouble, after just being in court.

The judge has seen Bennett in action for himself now. He has seen how incompetent and plain WRONG Bennett is. He also has ample proof that Bennett is incapable of keeping his word.

I wouldn't be surprised if he slapped some kind of restraining order on Bennett, or strengthened the agreement made in 2009.
