Hark! Can you hear it? It's the sound of 'not proven' coming out of Lisbon. #mccann

Silly moo. rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl

Hard to believe she claims to be a 'professional'; real professionals have all seen the important, PROVEN parts. Which is why Gonzo is kerflucked, and all the denials, hot air and grandstanding in the world isn't going to change that.

And if the judge's remarks about judicial secrecy being PROVEN to have been breached by him are followed up, he may well be facing yet more criminal charges.

15. Authors Kate MacCann and Gerald MacCann live under enormous daily pressure due to the need to keep their younger children away from the knowledge of defendant Gonçalo Amaral’s opinions about their moral integrity?

Proved that the couple feels the need to keep their younger children from finding out about said thesis.

This fact also derives from common experience and was corroborated by David Trickey's testimony.

That should ramp up Gonc's settlement on the McCann family nicely.

It's astounding that they cannot grasp what this means:

13. Because of the statements made by defendant Gonçalo Amaral in the book, in the documentary and in the interview to Correio da Manhã, authors Kate MacCann and Gerald MacCann suffer permanent anguish, insomnia, lack of appetite, anxiety and irritability, preoccupation and indefinable fear?
Proved.

They don't seem to understand the judge's following remarks:

The judge adds that this psychological state is pre-existent to the book, the documentary and the interview and was not caused by the book. Nonetheless, it cannot be reasonable to believe that the book, the documentary and the interview had no effect on the couple, i.e. It had an effect but that is perfectly normal.

I doubt very much if the judge said anything beginning with ie, so that bit's best ignored as the usual Team Gonzo embellishment and spinning.

No need to remind people to be wary of ANYTHING that emanates from Team Gonzo, as that shower couldn't lie straight in bed, and like nothing better than making up sh*t whilst pretending to be 'court reporters'.

There are excellent reasons why REAL court reporters are trained, accredited professionals.

'Twas the Bullsh*t WUM, Sabot. That, and many other hilarious 'predictions', can be read and laughed at here:

http://www.mccannfiles.com/id428.html

The reason for the rumours we alluded to yesterday is, of course, the desperate straits that good old Team McCann is in. They have no choice but to settle but they believe they can minimise the damage if only they can spin it and muffle it enough to leave them a shred of credibility, though events in Algeria came a little too soon to bury the settlement in the sand. The trouble is that, just as in Lisbon in January 2010, so many people have been enlisted in the salvage effort that it's been impossible to plug the leaks.

The spin you will receive, unless the McCanns decide to change it in the light of what they're reading here, is that funds being low and the needs of the search so great – once it resumes – they are no longer willing to waste money and will let bygones be bygones in order to preserve the fund's assets.

Have you ever seen such delusional babbling? rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl rofl

That'll be the Fund with nearly four hundred grand in it? Soon to be topped up by Gonzo and others? rofl

Why hasn't Official Edited Spinny Court Reporter Guedes mentioned the rather important fact that the judge ruled that Amoral had breached the Secrecy of Justice laws?

Didn't it fit her agenda?

Probably that irony that seems to happen in Portuguese court rooms, Lily. Notice what else Guedes didn't mention?

The judge once more believes it is expectable that the plaintiffs would feel badly about being considered to be responsible for hiding the body and staging an abduction - not, the judge stresses, about being responsible for their daughter's death, as is commonly, and mistakenly, believed.

Anyone that can read even the carefully spun pretendy court reports and NOT see that Gonzo is fkced is too stupid to be allowed to cross busy roads by themselves.

'Ex-cop earned hundreds of thousands from writing distortions and conspiracy theories' - Page 6 Empty McCanns win important victory

Post  bb1 Thu Jan 22, 2015 10:55 am

http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/553447/Kate-Gerry-McCann-key-court-victory-libel-battle-Goncalo-Amaral

Kate and Gerry McCann win court victory in £1million libel battle against ex-police chief

MADELEINE McCann’s parents won an important victory in their £1 million libel battle against an ex-police chief yesterday.

A Portuguese judge concluded the couple were “emotionally hurt” by the former-detective’s book about the tragedy.

She also ruled Goncalo Amaral appeared to breach strict secrecy rules by including confidential information from official files.

Kate and Gerry McCann are suing Mr Amaral for £1 million over allegations in his 2008 book The Truth of the Lie.

The detective headed the first police investigation into the disappearance of three-year-old Madeleine who vanished from an Algarve resort in May 2007.

He published his book three days after the Portuguese shelved inquiries into the case.

Last year, the McCanns told a court in Lisbon they were left “devastated and crushed” by claims in the book.

In The Truth of the Lie, Mr Amaral accused them of faking their daughter’s kidnap to cover up her death in the holiday apartment in Praia da Luz.

His allegations were also the basis of a Portuguese television documentary.

During her emotional testimony, Mrs McCann said: “I believe that’s what’s in Mr Amaral’s book and the documentary is very distressing to adults. To a child it could be very damaging.”

Asked how she felt after reading the book, she said: “I was devastated. It made me feel quite desperate because of the injustice I felt towards my daughter and our family as a whole.

“It was very painful to read and I felt sad for Madeleine. I also felt anxious and fearful because of the damage I felt it was doing in Portugal.”

During a private hearing yesterday, Judge Maria Emilia Melo e Castro ruled in favour of the McCanns by acknowledging the hurt the book had caused them.

She also concluded Mr Amaral’s book had reproduced extracts from police files in apparent breach of judicial secrecy.

But she also is also believed to have dismissed a claim by the McCanns that the book effectively halted new police inquiries into what happened to their little girl.

Yesterday’s hearing, attended by lawyers for the McCanns and Mr Amaral, is the latest stage in the long running-legal saga which began in October 2013.

It took place to discuss which facts had been proven in the case.

No date has yet been set for a full judgment but the McCanns, from Rothley, Leicestershire, hope it will be next month.

Inquiries by Portuguese police and Scotland Yard detectives into the truth about Madeleine’s disappearance are continuing.

Good to see that the haters are continuing to demonstrate how STUPID they are by failing to grasp that anything that has passed through the hands of Team Gonzo, be it pretendy 'court report', fake 'press release' or blog written by a member of the Hounders masquerading as a news site will never, ever bear much resemblance to reality.

Just wait, a couple of months down the line, we will find out how much money Gonzo and co have to pay the McCann fund, and they will all be weeping and wailing, and baffled because they had been assured that Gonzo was 'winning'.

He isn't; the main points of the McCanns' claim were established yesterday, as they would grasp if they weren't all as stupid as they are bigoted and ignorant.

Court rules McCanns suffered due to book by ex-cop Amaral
IN NEWS · 22-01-2015 08:40:00 · 0 COMMENTS
A Lisbon Court last night ruled that of the parents of missing British toddler Madeleine McCann had suffered as a result of the publication of a book by former Portuguese police detective Gonçalo Amaral in an ongoing libel suit.

Kate and Gerry McCann instituted legal proceedings in 2010, seeking damages of one million pounds against Amaral who oversaw the first six months of the investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.

During yesterday’s ruling, which the McCanns did not attend, Judge Emília Melo e Castro revealed that emotional damage had been caused by Amaral’s book, The Truth of the Lie.

A source close to case told Lusa News Agency afterwards that " it was proven that damage was caused as direct result by the book's publication", who also confirmed that the judge ruled that the book "contains information from the actual case", which would constitute a breach of Portugal’s strict secrecy laws.

However, the judge also found that "it had not been proven that Kate and Gerry McCann were destroyed from a moral, social and ethical point of view", but said that the publication of the book by Amaral resulted in the couple "feeling anger, despair, anxious, worried and suffered sleepless nights and experienced a lack of apetite."

Newspaper reports have also since stated the couple's reputation had already been damaged prior to the book's release, which might be seen as factor which could substantially reduce and pay-outs should the court decide money should change hands.

A final ruling is expected to take at least 30 days before being read out.

Overweight Portuguese hateblogger. Gonzo worshipper that has 'truth' issues - like so many of the haters.

This is one of the high spots of her career in telling whoppers - it's her publicly grovelling to the McCanns' lawyer, Isabel Duarte, for telling and spreading lies about her:

1. Guedes is NOT a court reporter, or any other kind of professional reporter. She's just another Gonzo groupie, and has been caught falsifying material before.
