That pic of The Donald and Nige is just beyond wonderful, Lily, it appears to be causing mass Triggering! on both sides of the Atlantic.

I thought it will be a much better relationship than Bush and Blair and toothpaste.  

They actually seemed to enjoy each other's company too.

I actually loved Nigel's speech at the toothless European parliament after the Brexit vote, Lily.

A welcome contrast to that spineless SNP MEP that whimpered Dinna forget about puir wee Scoatland (and my huge salary and expense account).

When you see it like that, it's stunning just how localised support for Clinton actually was - which, as I have finally grasped, is the whole point of the Electoral College.

It's their own cities the moonbats are trashing, so the folk in the red states can just sit back and watch.

Amazing how getting elected President has suddenly made The Donald so many new friends.

You know, if he photoshopped some holly onto it, that would make a nice official Christmas card for Nige.

Donald Trump is pledging no long vacations and no presidential salary during his time in the White House.

"There's just so much to be done," Trump told CBS' 60 Minutes in an interview broadcast Sunday. "So I don't think we'll be very big on vacations, no."

As for the president's $400,000-a-year pay, the New York businessman said: "No, I'm not going to take the salary. I'm not taking it."

Republicans have regularly criticized President Obama for his fondness for playing golf and his family vacations in Hawaii.

No doubt the progressives will find a way of rioting about that, too.

Personally, I hope President Trump launches an investigation into SPLC, its funding, and its close links to none other than one G. Soros.

As a rule of thumb, anything SPLC supports is a BAD idea for the health and happiness of normal Americans, and anything they oppose and whine about is a GOOD thing.

SANTA MONICA (CBSLA.com) — Police say a gay man who allegedly was smashed with a bottle by supporters of Donald Trump has yet to file a police report.

Chris Ball was allegedly assaulted outside a bar in Santa Monica on Nov. 8 by a group of what was described on social media as “Trump supporters”, according to the Santa Monica Police Department.

An image of the alleged victim covered in what appeared to be blood was posted to Twitter the day after Trump’s election victory.

In a bit on an ironic twist, the Portland rioters have been caught on film chanting "peaceful protest" all while violently attacking a Trump supporter's vehicle by launching bricks at his windows. Seems these poor, pampered, disaffected snowflakes have completely lost touch with their own "Stronger Together" slogan. ..etc.

Ah, these tolerant progressives!

All they are actually achieving is:

1. Wrecking their own progressive cities.

2. Making everyone who voted for Trump extra-relieved that they did.

3. Making anyone sane that didn't vote for Trump wish they had done.

"Surprisingly," the majority of the arrests were of angry, millennial, white kids rather than minorities who the mainstream media insists are so adversely impacted by a Trump presidency.



Yup, they look like the usual spoiled, useless Trustafarians.

They were paid to do it but I wonder if they will have their legal fees covered too?

Should be good if they try it after January 20th, Lily. Just think, cops all over America who have had to let them loot and riot, knowing the President and DoJ supported the rioters, not the police.

I can see one or two snowflakes finding the new reality a nasty shock, after eight years of indulgence.

Oh yes.  Growing up can be quite painful.

The president and the president-elect agreed to keep in contact by telephone and have discussed the idea of meeting in person.

Next year, Russia and the US will celebrate 210 years since the beginning of their diplomatic relations, which might motivate them “reversing towards pragmatic, mutually beneficial cooperation that would satisfy the interests of both countries, promote stability and safety around the world,” the statement also says.

Trump’s team has issued a statement saying Putin congratulated the US president-elect on his election victory.

Trump is “very much looking forward to having a strong and enduring relationship with Russia and the people of Russia,” the statement said.
