I suspect Team Trump already know the answers.

1. Yes, Obama did.

2. Nothing was found.

3. The bugs were even more illegally left in place so the private conversations of US citizens could be passed onto the media. Especially that Maddow harpy.

President Barack Obama signed the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act bill into law yesterday after the U.S. Senate voted for an extension of the President George W. Bush-era spy bill 73-23.

The FISA bill gives the government clearance to tap into American citizens’ communications with people outside of the U.S. without a warrant, so long as it is done in the name of collecting foreign intelligence. Obama has previously stated his approval of the bill, saying that the U.S. needs such measures when dealing with national security. More specifically, it means that government entities such as the National Security Agency are able to watch Americans without probable cause. They need only an order from the secret FISA court, and they don’t have to alert the targeted citizen prior to the wiretapping.

I am sick to death of the Dems screeching about Russians!, given that Washington has interfered with just about every election on the planet.

They seem to have forgotten that the CIA staged a coup in Iran in the 50s, ousting the legal government and installing the Shah as a puppet. Iranians do actually have some justification for the Death to America! stuff - imagine if Iran returned the favour?

Then there are all those vile Right-wing dictatorships in South America, the Cookie Coup in Ukraine, the constant attempts at regime-changing other people's governments.

Obama openly meddled in the recent Israeli election. He came to the UK last year and threatened Brits if they dared to vote the 'wrong' way in the EU referendum.

WTF???? WTF is CNN playing at???? WHO is spying on the White House? If they can film it, a sniper could also target it.

No wonder Trump goes to Mar a Lago as much as possible; it looks very much as if the White House simply is not safe for him or his staff.

Incidentally, where's the supposed row? Maybe my eyesight, but I couldn't even see Trump. Time a bit of Investigating was done with CNN as the target.

Amazing, isn't it?  It definitely seems as though some people are very rattled.

#obamagate has lots of stuff appearing constantly - how accurate some of it is, I have no way of judging, not being in the FBI or CIA.

IMO, one of the keys to this is that Obama and co were convinced Hillary was going to win - in which case, IT WOULDN'T HAVE MATTERED WHO HE BUGGED.

None of it would have come to light, it would have been business as usual.

Now, Washington has been turned on its head. Remember, we've seen Trump do things like this before - make a seemingly bizarre statement, or tweet, and then in the fullness of time, he is proven 100% correct.

The implications of it all are horrifying. And I have NO doubt that Obama is more than capable of bugging Trump Towers. Just think of all the sh*tty things he did, and lied about, during his presidency.
