In an extraordinary intervention, he accused the new US President’s critics of a “hysterical overreaction that poses a danger to the kind of constructive relationship we should have with the President”.

As thousands of protesters took to the streets of London yesterday to demand Prime Minister Theresa May end her “collusion” with the controversial US leader, the retired clergyman says that many dictators and tyrants beat Mr Trump to the title of “world’s worst politician”.

Writing exclusively for the Sunday Express today he says: “I cannot recall such demonstrations against terrible autocratic regimes such as Burma, Sudan and North Korea.

“But it is one of the key characteristics of those who consider themselves progressive to reserve condemnation for America, ‘the West’, or Israel and ignore much greater evil-doers.”

Lord Carey also applauds Mr Trump’s decision to put persecuted Christians at the front of the refugee queue. ....etc.

HOUSTON, Texas – In addition to massive security constraints, Super Bowl attendees will also have to face possible disruption of their arrival plans by Black Lives Matter protesters.
Black Lives Matter organizers are planning a protest dubbed “Stand Up, Fight Back: Super Bowl LI Protest March.”

“It is time for the city government of Houston to see how diverse we are,” organizers posted on Facebook. “The grand claim was made that we are a ‘welcoming city,’ but the treatment of the local homeless community, gentrification, lack clarity on where our elected leaders stand on Trump’s policies and of course the issue of anti Blackness need to be addressed.”

“WE WILL MARCH UP FANNIN FROM HERMANN PARK TO NRG PARK. RAIN OR SHINE,” organizers wrote.

The march is scheduled to coincide with the arrival of attendees to the Super Bowl. Attendees have been encouraged to use public transportation. Some of the seating capacity of these buses and trains could be taken up by protesters in an attempt to slow down the attendees’ arrival to the NRG Stadium. The protest is expected to end before game time.

A massive security operation is underway in advance of Sunday’s Super Bowl LI presentation. Additional resources have been brought in from local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is adding resources to the effort to maintain safety at the event. The agency tasked with securing our nation’s borders and ports of entry is providing aviation and electronic resources in addition to manpower. “LOOK @CustomsBorder working with many partners @HoustonTX to ensure safe #SB51 #SEESOMETHINGSAYSOMETHING,” the agency tweeted on Saturday.....etc.

It is also illegal to be gay in Kuwait and according to the International Air Transport Association the country also bans Israeli passport holders from travelling there. Bercow did not oppose the Kuwaiti Emir from speaking in parliament…

What that court case comes down to, and it is really easy. It either protects the IT companies in Silicon Valley so they can get their cheap overseas labor, or it protects the people of the U.S. I don't think that the decision is so hard and the Judge, in my opinion, should be retired.

Thereby revealing that they have NO grasp of Parliamentary politics, that he is just a glorified referee, and has been a laughing stock here for a long time due to many of his antics, and those of his notoriously-promiscuous wife.

A defiant President Donald Trump tweeted “SEE YOU IN COURT” after a San Francisco federal appeals court Thursday upheld the suspension of his controversial immigration order.

He also warned the security of the nation was at stake and said he expected to easily win the case.

Top presidential adviser Kellyanne Conway told Martha MacCallum on “The First 100 Days” that she could not specify if Trump meant he would take it to the Supreme Court, but there were “different options” open to the White House.

She added that the ruling “does not affect the merits at all.”

The panel of three judges on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously refused to reinstate the order after a federal judge had issued a halt to it last week.

But the Justice Department said it is "reviewing the decision and considering its options.” Trump later tweeted: "SEE YOU IN COURT, THE SECURITY OF OUR NATION IS AT STAKE!"

Saudis rush to expel 39,000 Pakistanis over terror fears

Saudi Arabia has expelled 39,000 Pakistanis in the past four months amid what it says is a crackdown on terrorism, according to the Saudi Gazette.

Most deportations were for standard visa violations, reported the English-language daily newspaper, published in Jedda. However, officials were also reacting to concern over a number of terrorist attacks, it said.

Abdullah al-Sadoun, chairman of the security committee of Saudi Arabia’s official advisory shura council, said that religious and political affiliations of Pakistanis should be checked before they were allowed to enter the country. “Pakistan is plagued with terrorism due to its close proximity with Afghanistan,” he said. “The Taliban extremist movement was itself born in Pakistan.”
