That ghoulish, disgusting drivel he came out with was a new low even for him. It would be nice to think that the family of the woman he so disrespected takes action against him, along with the other people he so casually libelled when he dreamed up that sh*te.

Never mind, because he's stalled his trial YET AGAIN, that sh*te can be added to the long list of complaints about his recent public spewings of drivel.

Amoral does realize that people all around the world will be watching that video showing Kate and Gerry today, doesn't he?

So, the world will know what a piece of trash he is. Don't be surprised if the fund doesn't receive a load of money after this.

Now that is interesting. I assume he is talking about using this device to delay court hearings.

First of all, if used persistently the lawyers would be struck off. Courts are not that happy about officers of the court taking the piss like that.

And secondly the litigant in question may well find the judge ruling that he cannot adjourn, and therefore will find himself to be a litigant in person and somewhat under prepared..

This is particularly likely if:

• The judge suspects the litigants motivation in sacking his lawyer.
  
  The litigant has some apparent legal knowledge
  
  The outcome of the trial will only disadvantage the applicant and not a family member or a child.

Dr. Sargento talked to Mr. Amaral about this and said it was a decision made solely on "personal" reasons of Mr. Amaral, but that he (Sargento) was baffled by it...not the best moment for such an attitude.
God only knows why Mr. Amaral made this move...I just hope he won't be greatly harmed by having done so..

they wont admit it but today was a huge setback for mcann supporters and the mcanns imo i heard it was also because maddie is a ward of court and that they were told that they cant sue on maddies behalf?? and they didnt have the documents etc

I would lay odds that Bennett was 'helping' Gonzo with the WoC business; naturally, being as big a loser as Gonzo, Bennett got it all wrong.

Amaral has more than likely been misled by his supporters. No doubt he was told that ward of the court status meant the mccanns did not have legal custody of Madeleine and so could not take action in her name, and that after seven years she would be declared dead. Now he has delayed and delayed,and at the last moment pulled a stunt to try to delay the inevitable. His lawyer probably told him the bad news regarding the WOC status and law regarding declaration of death and he has had a hissy fit. But at least his supporters are being loud and proud about donating so the judge can be informed he has been given funds.
The good news for amaral is that if anyone has told him they have expert legal knowledge regarding UK law and WOC status etc and he has been mislead by this person to his detriment he might well have a pretty good case for sueing them and shifting the blame onto them.

And if a notorious stalker and harrasser, who was also a failed solicitor, was to blame, then that would explain why said notorious stalker has been in a state of hyper-hysteria for days now.

Culminating in his temporary banning, at least as himself.
