Thank you Sabot. The flea/tick infestation I can go with, to clean blood with gasoline, no, that I cannot go with. It doesn't work any better than plain old fashioned soap and water.

Exactly, Tony. Why waste money on gasoline when soap and water or even bleach is cheaper? But poor people might well use gasoline for Ticks if they couldn't afford the
much more expensive insecticide.

Absolutely, he had nothing, Tony. Nothing against Leonor or her brother. Except a load of obscene theories and a total refusal to even consider Abduction.
But what about The Judges? They said the Incest accusation wasn't proven. And one of them had it on record that he believed that Leonor at least was innocent. I don't know how he felt about her brother but he was threatened with knives and was also beaten.

I just don't understand how they were convicted or why they are still in prison. Jesus, half of Portugal think it was an unsafe conviction, but most of them were too afraid to say so.

This case has made me so angry, Lily. Do you think that Amaral actually believes his crap? I am not sure which is worse, whether he does or not. But The System that allows this is much more disturbing. Seven years has passed and nothing has been done, except for a couple of pathetic Suspended Sentences. The Hierarchy of Portugal should be ashamed of themselves.

If it was personal to one of them, they would have had it changed ages ago.
