Front door gets a passing reference, "it is right next door to the window is the intimation, so in other words 'facing the world'.


What rubbish. Someone standing by that window would not be able to see the front door even, let alone have it within touching distance. The front door was deeply recessed in a black hole after dark Hidden, out of sight.




On that car park, walking to and fro from the car park entrance to the pathway, or the stairs that lead to the apartments, the front door is completely hidden from view.


It is around the corner, deeply recessed and as the photographs show in a black spot.


Before the trees were butchered back, no-one would have seen that front door from anywhere, unless visiting 5A, or going on a small part of the car park that nobody used at the time.


Clearly Amaral and Carvelha are trying to prove that Madeleine died in 5A; that no-one could have abducted her because the window was 'facing the world'. They are manipulating their words to make it sound as tho the front door was immediately next door so it too was 'facing the world' and clearly visible after dark.

For a full proof that the FRONT door was so completely hidden and dark that it was a doddle to get in there. The FRONT DOOR was the obvious entry and exit point. Why is Amaral doing his utmost to deny that?


Is it so that he can say Madeleine died in 5A? Is it just to protect his money making ventures?

GA: It is a fact and if you watch closely, the door it is less exposed than the window. It would be much more spectacular to exit through the window rather than the door, which is rather more hidden, more receded than the window. Therefore, this door would be a more obvious away to exit.
