Not all opinions have to be supported by anything, an opinion is an opinion as said, formed and based on previous opinions facts staements and the rest unless its an accusation or allegation or statement of fact which can be backed up instantly, an opinion is formed over time and after reading lotsand thinking, surely you are not asking for a dated list of everything an opinion former has read to date?

As for the jersey case yes that is my opinion, though as i said i have not researched it so cannot assert anything about it

I don't think the McCanns were followed/scrutinised quite as much as you indicate. It would be remarkably simple to transfer something as small as a child's body. Even simpler to transfer something that may have been in contact with a child's body.

I always wonder why a simple question "Why do you want the child to be dead?" is never asked, seems to be avoided by everyone. Maybe I have missed it, as I don't read many forums, but if it was asked what would an anti reply? We know some have openly stated they want her dead, do all of them? If they don't how come they don't stamp on such cretins with hobnailed boots? Is this wish for her to be dead just because of an irrational hatred of two people they have never met? Jealousy at a good marriage? Envy of two people 'making good' from humble beginnings? LL

I've seen people try to get sense out of forkers about this, but it's impossible to get a straight answer from them.

They usually start ranting about it being an evil smear, of course they don't want Madeleine to be dead, but the wonderwoofs said she was, and everyone knows Dogs Don't Lie.

Then the grown-up explains to the forker that not only did the woofs say no such thing, dogs have been known to tell enormous porkies.

The grown-up then tries to explain DNA and forensics to the forker, which is like trying to explain moon landings to a turnip.

The forker then throws a tanty, and starts chanting, Dogs don't Lie, Ask the dogs, Gerry, blue bag, Woof woof he's behind you, freezer, In dog we trust, etc, etc, etc.

And because the forker simply will not listen to boring old logic, fact, reason or reality, the only conclusion the grown-ups can come to is that the forker wants Madeleine McCann to be dead.

They must do, to spout so much crap to 'prove' she is, in their sick 'minds'.

Thanks bonny. I think the reason is that they know they have only one weapon to destroy the family with, the death of their beloved daughter. Such a sad state to be in. I could never in a thousand years want someone's child to be dead, nor say that the parents killed her. This is why I think they have never suffered a tragedy in their lives. If they had, they could never say the things they do. LL

A better question might be to ask why the McCanns were made Arguido ion the day before Portugal was forced by the European Court to change its rules on questioning. The day on which they were made Arguido was the last day when only 'suspicion of committing a crime' was replaced by 'reasonable suspicion of committing a crime'. The PJ knew they did not have enough evidence to show 'reasonable suspicion and so tried to circumvent the new law.
