I was reading about the poor guy who lost both legs, and how he saw one of the killers plant the bomb. You know, if anyone did that in a crowd in the UK - or Europe, generally - the witnesses would have fled, screaming for the police, because they would have taken it as read that the rucksack was a bomb.
