For heavens sake. The man is an absolute buffoon! Of course his household legal expenses insurance will not cover him for defense against defamation! Or to defend against contempt of court proceedings.

Mind you, their claims department will probably give him succinct advice - stop defaming, stop what you are doing to provoke contempt of court proceedings and it will go away. Simples.

This is just a ploy, Folks. Bennett will relate how his Insurance Company let him down, because they are IN IT as well. And The Nasties will cough up. And Bennett won't have asked for a single penny.
I can only hope that they think it is worth it.
