Despite the McCanns having been cleared - without any charge - of any wrongdoing by the AG of Portugal, the PJ, Scotland Yard, etc.

This hasn't stopped the pondlife vigilantes from making vile, false allegations about the McCann family and others. All at the behest of SARDINEMAN, the convicted perjurer and general waste of space.

So, whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty, then?

Received a email today from IPOS regarding the Suns article calling us trolls , apparently they didn't breach any clauses by doing so . The part of my email that I find dam right disgusting is " you indicated that it was inaccurate to refer to individuals who have contributed towards covering the legal costs of Gonçalo Amaral as "Trolls" . The newspaper however characterised the hundreds of donations as a sick campaign and those making the payments as trolls , the newspaper was entitled to characterise the support of Mr Amaral in this manner and doing so did not raise a possible breach .

You'd need a heart of stone not to laugh at them.

The Citizens in Defence of Rights and Freedoms – Project Justice Gonçalo Amaral would like to thank everyone who has already contributed to this initiative.

A while back, it was announced that two people had to sign authorizations for whatever is in the Fund to be spent.

One was Gonzo's chum Sargento - and we all know about his somewhat spotty career - and the other was an unnamed person 'in the UK'.

If that's their idea of 'ring fencing', then I hope they never meet any Nigerian princes, as they appear to believe what total strangers on the intern claim about money.

It's their own fault if something goes very wrong.

I was inside of the first 150 people to donate and I am donating again.

You get the drift. It's the same people donating repeatedly, NOT 'thousands' of people donating.

Is this group intending to keep Gonzo for the rest of his days? Because it doesn't matter how much money they raise, it will never be enough for SARDINEMAN.

Just ask Portuguese banks, the Portuguese taxman, his own brother, etc., what happens to money if it gets anywhere near Gonzo.

Well, he's got to have a party for them all.

It'll pick up next month when they get their Dole Cheques. Their kids will probably be on Beans and Chips, but I doubt their fag and booze habits will be affected.

I would say that is a sad but true possibility.

I thought that, LL, though it's hard to be sure. It's certainly the same people donating, repeatedly. Maybe it is dawning on them that they are going to have to donate to Gonzo forever more? Or that £25,000 is just a drop in the bucket of his self-inflicted debts?
