13- Is third-party litigation funding permissible?

Legal costs may be defrayed by a third party. However, to the extent that such a third party is not a party to the proceedings, his or her right to recover such costs is limited to the agreement reached with the party who is lawfully entitled to recover this money under the terms of the court order.

I donated and I WILL file a complaint for fraud in the US, the UK and in Portugal if the PJGA and Baulch do not publish (soon) annual figures of the money that went in and out of the "fund".

Here's another £5 for Goncalo. What do people think of the idea that when the fund reaches £25,000 everyone all over the country sets off a rocket at a certain time. That surely couldn't be ignored, surely it would be in the newspapers.

Why? What is in the slightest bit important about 400-ish people, out of a population of 64 million, letting off fireworks?

Oh, and don't say 'fireworks' to Gonzo, it's liable to bring back unhappy memories for him.
