The German Interior Ministry stated on Friday that 18 of the 29 men were asylum seekers, Reuters reported.

A police officer anonymously told The Express newspaper that his squad had detained several people who had "only been in Germany for a few weeks.”

What else did they think was going to happen when Merkel invited an army to march into Europe?

Cologne's police chief has been sent into early retirement following criticism over his handling of allegations of sex assaults and violence by migrants on New Year's Eve.

Wolfgang Albers admitted mistakes were made in a report compiled after more than 100 New Year revellers were sexually assaulted, robbed or threatened during the city's celebrations, mostly by migrants and asylum seekers.

Cologne police said the decision to retire Mt Albers would be formally discussed by North Rhine-Westphalia's governing Cabinet on Tuesday, but he would not be returning to his job.

That would be the first report, pushed by the media, which claimed everyone had a lovely time, when reports of the rapes and assaults were all over the internet?

Meanwhile, Chancellor Angela Merkel has called for a "fundamental" debate on how to integrate the 1.1 million refugees who were registered in the country last year.

She described the assaults as "repugnant criminal acts that Germany will not accept".

She added: "The feeling women had in this case of being at people's mercy, without any protection, is intolerable for me personally as well.

"We must examine again and again whether we have already done what is necessary in terms of deportations from Germany in order to send clear signals to those who are not prepared to abide by our legal order."

What's the point of deporting them? They'll just be back in a couple of weeks with more forged papers, looking sad for the cameras, and waving babies around.

Doesn't she get it into her thick head - these 'men' don't give a flying one about 'German values'. German police or Germans in general.

She let an invading army walk into her country.

She is going to have to live with that.

Worth bearing in mind that the young girls who were attacked won't even have realised they were in danger until it was too late. They've had their heads stuffed full of cute kiddies, sad-eyed 'refugees', welcomekultur, teddy bears, and all the rest of it.

They won't have looked at those photos of thousands of young men on the march and seen what we did, they won't have seen the pictures of the scum throwing babies at police, or grabbing passing toddlers and trying to shove them through barbed wire. None of that will have percolated the world of hearts, flowers and Refugees Welcome.

They hadn't been taught the vital skill of recognising danger when they see it; they will have seen those mobs last Friday, and probably thought, Oh, the New Germans are joining in our celebrations!

They won't have seen the scum for what they are until it was too late. It's a hard, hard way to learn a lesson.
