IMO, he's going to find out pretty quickly that he's valueless out of office, due to being powerless, Lily. Oh, he can and will sh*t-stir and whinge, but he won't have any authority at all, so he will be of little use to Soros.

I read somewhere over the weekend that his farewell tour was supposed to be him easing the way for President Hillary, and became pointless when she lost.

Worse than pointless, actually, because he's now the lamest of lame ducks. I suspect that a lot of world leaders will be actually be looking forward to grown-ups running the US again, instead of agitators and third-rate affirmative action appointments.

The shadow cold war between the US and Russia may finally be over.

One week ago, Vladimir Putin explicitly called Donald Trump - something he hasn't done to a standing US president in years - in which the Russian leader congratulated the president-elect on his victory in the presidential election, wished him "success in the implementation of the pre-election program, and noted his willingness to build a partnership dialogue with the new administration on the principles of equality, mutual respect and non-interference in the internal affairs of each other."

During the conversation, Putin and Trump "not only agreed to assess the current unsatisfactory state of bilateral relations, but also spoke in favor of active joint work to normalize relations and aim for constructive cooperation on a wide range of issues. Well, as of today, the world appears to be back on the way to re-normalcy.

According to Reuters, the Russian President said on Sunday, shortly after his last ever handshake with Obama in his capacity as president, that Donald Trump confirmed to him he was willing to mend ties, though he also said he would welcome President Barack Obama in Russia.

"The President-elect confirmed he is willing to normalize Russian-American relations. I told him the same. We did not discuss where and when we would meet"..etc.


It's certainly an improvement over that warmongering witch Clinton thinking it would be quite OK for US forces to shoot down Russian planes in Syria.

Despite the fact that that would almost certainly have sparked WW3 due to Russia being in Syria at the invitation of the legal government, and the US's role under Obama being confined to arming ISIS and other jihadists.

I hope the witch ends up in Gitmo. But that's just me.

I am so glad that relations can be normalized.  

All these sobbing progressive types need to stop sobbing about their feelings and take a long hard look at the world as it really is, IMO.

The foreign policies of Clinton and Obama have left a trail of corpses from Donbass to Syria; if the progressives want something to cry over, they could try crying over the hundreds of thousands of innocent people who have lost their lives because of those two.

I wonder if it makes them feel more powerful?

As for this business of the Clintons....

1. It isn't up to the Prez to decide who to prosecute.

2. If Trump moves before he has his pieces in place, Obama will just pardon the witch.

3. Once he's in office, the FBI and the AG may well come to him with irrefutable evidence of wrong-doing. Regretfully, he will have to go along with them, in line with the law......so sad, but there you go!
