I don't know, Sabot - quite possibly, because what fetched up in CdM and then NOTW was undeniably stolen. As well as its destruction having been ordered by a Portuguese judge - only for the judge's order to be ignored.

I suspect that the Portuguese authorities have finally had enough of Gonc bringing their country and police into disrepute, and he is going to be made an example of.

All sorts of skeletons may now come clanking out of Gonc's cupboard.

Up until now, Bonny, we have had no actual proof of money changing hands for these leaks, although no doubt it did. But now we do have proof, 18,000 Euro's worth. And don't tell me that the original PJ Officer didn't share in that. Probably Goncalo Amaral. Although I hasten to add that this is just my very humble opinion, based on my Professional Profiling Abilities learned on four and a half years of Forums. More than enough time to award myself with a First Class Honours Degree, would you not agree.

But as I was saying, what has happened here is undoubtedly a Crime, probably more than one Crime, and committed by more than one person, for which Retribution must be extracted, not least for Portuguese Tax Payers, Goncalo Amaral not being one of those. I mean, the cheek of it. Don't pay your taxes while extracting illegally obtained Pecuniary Advantage while disgracing The Uniform provided by the hand that feeds you, and those whom you are obligated to serve. This is mind boggling in it's brass neck.

After getting rid of the Jaguar, bought with the royalties of the book about Maddie, the ex-PJ has just released a new book.
