I am not convinced that those insane charges Gonc has brought were not the last straw for Cabrita; he is an officer of the court, after all, and Gonc is trying to make a fool of the whole justice system.

Seriously, I wonder if Gonc really has lost his marbles?

Kitti, I think they can if the McCanns decide to settle out of Court. Amaral has the Correia case two days later I think.

They now have a large number of sworn statements from UK editors and journalists which go a long way to proving that the Portuguese Police were breaking the Secrecy Rules.

Its pretty clear that if there were to be a criminal trial against officers of the PJ for breaking that code then these journalists could be called as witnesses and no doubt could offer much greater detail as to the route the information took from the individual police to the UK press.

1. His long-time friend, supporter and lawyer Cabrita has washed his hands of Gonc and his endless legal troubles. Right this minute, Gonc has no representation for the libel trial, or any of the other lawsuits he is embroiled in.

2. Your leaders all know about it, but they are terrified to talk about it in public because it will scare the sheeples. That's you, in case you are in doubt.

Liz Newman By all accounts Ruth Sr Amaral changed his Lawyer because he was in Faro and Sr Amaral was in Lisbon. I think it was down to distance when they had to meet and also financial.
