Re: AFTER BREXIT
It's perfectly simple, Jean-Pierre. The referendum has BEEN debated in the Commons, where plans for it were approved by a 6-1 margin.
It was in the Tory manifesto on which the Tories won the election. The terms on which it was held are crystal clear.
I don't see anything there about, But we won't be able to implement it if Mrs Rich Smug from Guyana, the Soros-linked hedge funder, shoves her oar in, and gets a europhile judge.
Leave won.
If Mrs May had used the Royal Prerogative to bring Brexit about, she would have been enforcing the decision of British voters. Instead, we've got this mess, which is dividing the country even further. Again, the optics are appalling - the public have been walked on yet again by self-serving elites.
And people wonder about the rise of Trump, of le Pen, of Geert Wilders, and all the other populists! I am sure the Bourbons wondered why the peasants seemed to be getting just a little bit annoyed with them....

Re: AFTER BREXIT
http://news.sky.com/story/conservative-mp-stephen-phillips-resigns-10644242
Pro-Brexit Conservative Stephen Phillips has resigned as an MP with immediate effect over "irreconcilable policy differences" with the Government.
Mr Phillips, who has repeatedly called for Theresa May to reveal her Brexit plan to Parliament before starting the formal process of leaving the European Union, said he was "unable to properly represent" his constituents.
The resignation of the Sleaford and North Hykeham MP, who voted in favour of leaving the EU in June's referendum, triggers a by-election in the seat.
Mr Phillips won a majority of more than 24,000 at last year's general election.
One can only assume he was worried in case Brexit wasn't going to be hard enough...the world's going mad.

Re: AFTER BREXIT
All this on top of a senior SNP member admitting that he voted Leave, as did many of his colleagues. If they'd been honest at the time, the result in Scotland would, IMO, have been very different, because even with virtually no Leave campaigning, they still got 40% of the vote. Mostly from SNP supporters, who are now ex-SNP supporters.
Of course, that wouldn't have given Sturgeon an excuse to go traipsing round Europe playing at being a world statesman.
I doubt if she even grasps what she's done by NOT keeping her mouth shut yesterday. But between one thing and another, she's had it now, and so has the SNP, though it might take a while to sink in.

Whatever happened to the idea of a neutral judiciary? If anyone imagines this has improved the public's already-low opinion of the legal system, they are sadly mistaken.

In the older days, Judges had to be seen to be above the law. They acted in the most proper of ways.
You might imagine that they would be alarmed by what is currently taking place.

https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/2121756/theresa-may-would-be-mad-not-to-crush-pro-eu-saboteurs-and-annihilate-corbyns-labour/
THE Brexit saboteurs of the Commons and Lords must be faced down and crushed.
It is not their blind devotion to the EU we mind. It’s the fork-tongued deceit.
The suggestion they have some noble motive beyond simply reversing the referendum result they cannot get over.
Their ever-so-reasonable concern for “knowing a few more details” of Theresa May’s strategy before backing an Article 50 Bill is entirely phony.
Article 50 does only one thing. It serves notice on the EU. It is not dependent on “types” of Brexit.
A politician voting for it straightforwardly accepts the majority’s verdict on June 23. Those delaying it with endless amendments intend to kill it, to see their will prevail over the electorate’s.....etc.
This, exactly.
Here's the thing - two people other than Mrs Smug Rich were at the forefront earlier this week.
One, the Portuguese hairdresser, had actually voted Leave, but had his own reasons for wishing to involve Parliament. I don't agree with him, but he wasn't patronising or rude, so fair enough.
Another, some bloke that had made a fortune in the plumbing trade was a Remainer, but again, he wasn't patronising or rude, so fair enough.
Mrs Smug Rich the hedge fund manager was offensive beyond measure. She claimed her feelings outweighed 17 million votes, and that her claim to have been 'literally sick' was more important than a democratic vote.
She topped that off by declaring that the plebs didn't really know what they were doing, so naturally, it fell to Mrs Smug Rich to do their thinking for them.
There are actually a couple of things wrong with this tale of Outrage! from Mrs Smug Rich Snowflake.
1. She's a hedge fund manager, so she doesn't have a 'heart' in the first place. Instead, she has a wallet and offshore bank accounts.
2. She's involved with Soros (aren't they all ) so she probably doesn't even have a soul.
And if the other Smug Riches like Clegg and co think no-one can see what they are doing, that the plebs are fooled by all his 'concern', then they are sadly mistaken.
They'd do well to read a few history books about the fall of the Bourbons, and see just what happens when the plebs have finally had a gutfull of Smug Riches like them.

Re: AFTER BREXIT
The former model who blocked Theresa May’s Brexit plans was embroiled in an extraordinary row last night, claiming she was inspired to take on the Government after defying her abusive anti-EU ex-husband.
Gina Miller said she was given legal protection after being physically attacked by Jon Maguire, who stood on an anti-Brussels platform at the 2010 General Election.
Mrs Miller said businessman Mr Maguire abused her before their marriage broke up 13 years ago. It gave her the strength to defy the online rape and death threats she received as a result of her historic Brexit court challenge, she told The Mail on Sunday.

Chinese fury at ‘shambolic’ Scots
Scottish ministers admitted last night that a controversial £10bn trade deal with China has collapsed after an insider told The Sunday Times the plug was pulled months ago by a Chinese consortium that described the deal as a “shambles”.
It has emerged that state-backed companies SinoFortone and China Railway No 3 Engineering Group (CR3) cancelled the accord in an email to the Scottish government on August 15, less than five months after it was signed. The disclosure will embarrass Nicola Sturgeon, the first minister, who personally sealed the deal — without fanfare — at Bute House last March.
When news of the deal emerged weeks later, it sparked outcry amid revelations that Norway had blacklisted the railway group’s parent company over corruption fears.

She should have aimed for a job within her competence, like being a third-rate Toon Cooncillor on the Planning Committee.

Re: AFTER BREXIT
Farage V Mrs Smug Rich:
http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/729253/Nigel-Farage-Gina-Miller-Brexit-High-Court-EU
Ms Miller's legal challenge, which she herself described as "a public service", means that Theresa May will be forced to consult MPs, many of whom have called on Britain to stay in the single market.
When the the 51-year-old investment worker told Mr Farage that he should be her "biggest fan" for giving Brexiteers the "legal certainty" of the referendum result, the Ukip leader hit back.
He told her: "You have given people in Parliament who agree that Leave does not mean leaving the single market the power to overturn the Prime Minister.
"You have stirred up the biggest political upset of all time."
The Ukip leader then slammed the foreign-born Ms Miller for rejecting the "sovereignty of the British people".
He went on to tell Mr Marr: "I have been in the European Parliament for years and this has happened before.
"I have seen the Danes forced to vote again, the Irish forced to vote again, the Swedes and Dutch ignored.
"There is a political and wealthy ruling elite who are not prepared to accept referendums!"
'Public service' my ar@e. Service to hedge funds, Soros and globalists, is all. Democracy is, IMO, on a very shoogly peg over this, and it never ends well when People are pitted against Parliament.
