Tony Bennett's letter would seem to address all salient points in the Madeleine McCann death and subsequent cover-up.

Let us hope the Home Secretary has both the intuition to appreciate how important this case is to the British public and the experience to realise answers must come from ministers/senior civil servants unfettered by 'other interests'.

This case has been allowed to drag on for far too long and, unless someone is brave enough to grasp the nettle soon, with each passing month it would seem the lives of Kate and Gerry McCann are in increasing danger, bizarrely in this case from both sides.
