These idiots seem to have forgotten something. It was just after those threats were posted that the 3A site started going hinky.    

Have they actually forgotten all that? That something 'went wrong' with site security and pms, etc., started appearing on Diseased Subjects?

I think they'll find that screenshots, saved threads, databases, etc., in the hands of LE and the court, trumps what some minor mod was, or was not, told by Bren in the dying days of 3A.

Why are they desperate for reassurance from Bren? She gave the site to BeoWulf about this time. It was his site until the end, on his servers. He had do deal with the money, the legalities, etc.

So quite possibly his database was passed to the authorities.
