EU referendum set for June 23rd

Me? I'm not voting. I don't need a vote. And where has Britain ever been should I have needed help. But then I bailed out a very long time ago.

Stuff it. I don't care anymore.

I will be very surprised if Leave is allowed to win, Sabot.

David Cameron admitted the EU "drives me crazy" during heated exchanges in his first big EU referendum test on Sky News.

The Prime Minister was accused of "scaremongering", "hypocrisy" and "waffling" as he faced down angry members of the public in the audience during a 30-minute question session.

And Mr Cameron called Sky News Political Editor Faisal Islam "glib" six times during clashes over immigration and his warnings that Brexit would lead to World War Three in a half-hour interview beforehand.

Frankly, if the EU isn't reformed - and quickly - it is, IMO, more likely to start wars than stop them.

The Prime Minister hit back by accusing Islam of being "glib". He denied using the words "World War Three" and said: "On our continent in the last century, twice we had an enormous bloodbath between our nations."

He added: "Can we be so confident that we have solved all of Europe's problems and all of Europe's tensions?"

Well, obviously not, as the same country that started the last two wars is now throwing its weight around via tame Eurocrats.

And Chancellor Merkel made herself head of the EU without bothering to ask anyone else.

I'll say it again. I've no idea where the pollsters are getting their figures from, I haven't met one single person who's voting #Remain.

It's bizarre - I haven't either, but supposedly 60% of Scots want to remain. I simply have NO idea who the pollsters are speaking to. Or maybe the public are just telling them any old thing to get rid of them?

SCOTLAND is to be thrust to the centre of the EU referendum campaign with the announcement today that Nicola Sturgeon will take part in a live head-to-head TV debate, expected to be with leading Brexiter Boris Johnson.

The two-hour set-piece event, staged by ITV, next Thursday at 8pm could well prove to be the most dramatic confrontation to date between those for and against Britain staying in the European Union.

David Cameron has declined to take part in any such head-to-head debates. Mr Johnson, the former London mayor, is tipped by some to succeed him as Tory leader and prime minister should the Brexit camp win the vote on June 23.

It'll be like a budget version of Hillary and The Donald fighting.

My postal voting papers arrived this morning and will be posted back tomorrow. That's all I am saying on the matter; nothing anyone can say or do via TV, radio, leaflets and online ranting is affecting my decision in any way, shape or form. LL

Something very odd is going on with opinion polls, IMO, LL. I genuinely haven't spoken to a single person who is voting Remain.

The whole argument in the UK is strangely disconnected, anyway. Dave and co are going on and on about economics, and what Goldman Sachs says.

The plebs are arguing about sovereignty, immigration and borders.

Now, I fully expect the status quo to be preserved, as usual, but if just for once, it isn't, it will be because of the utter arrogance of the Remainers, and the fact that they seem to neither know nor care about the concerns of plebs like me.

Time will, as ever, tell.

Four times Andrew Neil asked Hilary Benn if immigration could be controlled inside the EU. Three times he failed to answer, before eventually admitting it couldn’t. He says uncontrolled immigration “is part of the deal…”

Immigration isn't doing me any harm at all, but then they aren't lurking in my back yard. And they can get jobs if they want them. I managed, despite not being able to speak French at the time. And it was Registered Employment, although I did do a bit of the other kind
There is absolutely nothing wrong with France, if you want to help yourself.

There were absolutely No Benefits at the time, so it was Work or Starve. So I am having some difficulty with understanding why these people don't want stay here.
