My understanding is some small scale work has been done. One US company is already tweeting about its results.

@andrejpwalker I saw it. They've pulled it now, but their #ExitPoll was 61/39 to #Leave. The ££ tumbled within 3-4mins of it.
I have NO idea of the accuracy of that.

Working class people? The sort of people Bob Geldof makes V-signs at from his party boat?

Nigel Farage: Looks Like Remain Will Edge It
22:24, UK, Thursday 23 June 2016
Based on yet another poll...I have NO idea what the final result will be, at 83.7% the turnout is much higher than expected.
IMO, a narrow win for Remain is going to be almost as big a disaster as a Leave win would be for Cameron; it means the country is split right down the middle, and the genies that got loose in this awful campaign aren't going to go back in the bottle.

Interesting. That is I'm afraid a bit desperate. And not reflected in the stock and fx feeds I am looking at.
So I would not get your hopes up, Bonny. Sorry.

My advice to armchair observers is to go to bed fairly soon. Hours of pointless conjecture are before us
Yup. And even when results start coming in, the London vote and the North vote are liable to be very different indeed.

Well, I got excited for a minute when I saw a result coming in, but it was only Gibraltar, which naturally voted to stay in.

So, a very narrow win for Remain in Newcastle, which still isn't really telling us anything, as there was only 1% of a difference.

Another big Leave win in Swindon; a couple of tiny constituencies have voted Remain, but they are so small, they're barely a blip.

We need London results for clearer picture but chances of convincing Remain win now diminished.

South Tyneside 62% Leave. Solid Northern Labour areas solid for Leave. Claiming winning Yorkshire by "country mile".

Sky have called the result for LEAVE by roughly 48 - 52. The UK is leaving the EU.

My pension isn't looking good at the moment, Bonny. But never mind. Been there and done that before for far less good reason.
I fell asleep at 9pm, and woke up at 3am. At 3am in was Remain. What happened?

Re: EU referendum set for June 23rd
Wales voted Leave, the big northern cities voted Leave, everyone who has been sh*t upon from a great height voted Leave.
Scotland voted 62% Remain on a low-ish turnout, but there is more to that than meets the eye. Ms Sturgeon didn't allow free choice in the SNP, they HAD to vote Remain, hoping England would vote Leave, simply to provoke a constitutional crisis - as if things aren't now unstable enough already.
The party has become very shabby and dishonest, frankly. But that's another story...
I actually wouldn't worry too much about your pension, Sabot - a weaker pound is good for exports, and once it sinks in with the EU that they are going to lose one of their biggest contributors, the euro will probably start wobbling, too.
Interesting times ahead!

At least you understand the bit about The Euro wobbling a bit too.
And at least I feel a bit of hope for Britain.

I guess Scotland will be holding another independence referendum? Whole country voted to #remain
No, because despite all the grandstanding, Sturgeon didn't get the numbers she needed; she has no mandate and no majority, and people here are sick to death of electioneering. She also signed the Scotland Act.
Time she calmed down and ran the country.
