Naturally, Lily, I will do my best to give a running commentary, and will record it thanks to the miracle of HD+.
And no doubt someone more teccy will YouTube it, as happened with Tango's TV debut, and Inside Out.

Forker:
I just don't understand why Mr Redwood has agreed to take part in this programme while the review is still ongoing?
Oh dear, they're a bit slow on the uptake, aren't they?
Don't they think the good people of Britain will be interested to hear that the Yard and Porto PJ have binned all Gonc's rubbish and his spiteful, ghoulish and ridiculous Fridge Theory, and are hopeful that they may be on the trail of Madeleine's abductor?

Re: PANORAMA SPECIAL ABOUT MADELEINE'S ABDUCTION
Bizarrely, they do, Lily.
The 'tigger' person - the one who boasted about using Mien Kampf as a reference for its 'theories' on genetics - has come out with this gem:
I can't understand how SY can be associated with this programme at all! If SY are checking here, they may decide to back out? Why is the BBC airing this now in any case? I would have expected there to be a tacit agreement - as with the press - that this sort of analyses would be kept back until the case would be resolved in one way or another.
'Back out'? Watching the hate sites to gather more material for a report on the abuse and harrassment the McCanns have to put up with, more like.
And it won't have escaped police notice that the most vociferous abusers of the McCann family are also the loudest supporters of the disgraced and AWOL Goncalol.
They really should take a long, hard look at themselves in the mirror.

Re: PANORAMA SPECIAL ABOUT MADELEINE'S ABDUCTION
The mefia, especially the broadcast area, is the most incestuous profession in the world. BBC types drink after work with their counterparts from ITV etc etc, and they gossip. You can bet the BBC has a hell of a lot of stuff from 'other sources' in their collection. LL

They really do think they are something, don't they? Talk about delusional.
LL, you are spot on. Of course they do.

Re: PANORAMA SPECIAL ABOUT MADELEINE'S ABDUCTION
The problem is that if you take away their delusions that they are the fund of all knowledge re Madeleine and that their 'version' of event is the correct one, what is left? You destroy their raison d'être, the hate target, what is left? You make them look like a load of fools with people laughing at them, what is left? Nothing, just a gaping black hole. They then have to start out all over again with a new hate target. What sad lives they must have. LL

Re: PANORAMA SPECIAL ABOUT MADELEINE'S ABDUCTION
Many thanks, Rose.
No, Panorama certainly won't make that mistake again. And that was in 2007, don't forget, before the McCanns were officially cleared.
I really don't know what the forkers expect to see. It's nearly four years now since the McCanns were formally cleared by the AG of Portugal, after all.
At the time that effort was made, not many realised that Gonc had no basis for making them arguidos in the first place. We now know the law which he exploited was about to change, and that he either could not - or more likely, would not - understand the forensics.
Journalists stood up and told Lord Leveson, on oath, about the source of all the leaks, smears and lies which appeared in the media. Gonc and his Fridge Theory were consigned to the dustbin, not least by the head of Leicestershire police.
So what is it the forkers think Panorama is going to bring them - besides more tears before bedtime?

Re: PANORAMA SPECIAL ABOUT MADELEINE'S ABDUCTION
There is a link on the express where the story Rose found is,that no longer works.
However a quick google search, found the same story on another newspaper.
Police investigating the disappearance of Madeleine McCann thought her parents might have sold her to ease money worries, it has been claimed.
Portuguese officers believed Gerry and Kate McCann could have sold their four-year-old daughter to a network of paedophiles.
But the theory disintegrated when police realised the couple were wealthy.
It is understood police were suspicious after Mrs McCann's reported first words on discovering Maddie missing - 'They've taken her'.
Officers tried to inspect bank statements but the public prosecutor in the case refused permission due to a lack of evidence.
'The police team in charge of the case investigated the possibility that the child had been sold by her own parents because of financial difficulties,' a police spokesman told a Portuguese paper.
But the couple are both doctors and live in a £500,000 home in Rothley, Leicestershire.
The paper also claimed officers tried to get hold of medical reports to see if Kate McCann had any history of mental illness.
One theory was that she killed Maddie in a manic depressive fit.
But friends and family of the McCanns have dismissed the reports.
And Mrs McCann's mother Susan Healy accused Portuguese police of planting evidence framing the couple.
'This is a set-up,' she said.
'Madeleine is Kate and Gerry's world. They would never do anything to harm her.'

Producer quits 'dishonest' BBC programme about Madeleine McCann
By VANESSA ALLEN
Last updated at 00:15 26 November 2007
A producer quit a BBC programme about Madeleine McCann as he felt the documentary verged "on the dishonest", it was disclosed yesterday.
David Mills, who was the original producer on last week's Panorama special on the disappearance, walked out after an angry row with th programme's editor and then wrote a stinging email to the BBC, attacking it for losing its journalistic passion.
He said: "So far as I can see, investigative journalism at the BBC is over.
"The broadcast script contains nuances that suggest that the McCanns still have a case to answer. The BBC should have had the courage to state that this is simply not so."
Mr Mills, who has a 40-year career as a documentary-maker, asked the BBC to take his name off the end credits despite working on the programme for weeks.
He said he wanted to focus on the apparent campaign of disinformation put out by Portuguese police to put pressure on Kate and Gerry McCann, and to criticise press coverage of the case.
But he said the end programme put across the case both for and against the McCanns and reached no final conclusion.
In an email to Panorama editor Sandy Smith, he criticised the programme's "intellectual impoverishment" and said it was "far below the standard of any work that I or my company would wish to be associated with".
He said the programme "verges on the dishonest" and was "a laboured, pedestrian extended news report" which he branded "shameful".
He wrote: "The real question must be how, without any meaningful evidence, the Portuguese police and the media in Portugal and Britain have been able to convince most people that the couple were involved.
"Yet while the programme drips innuendos against the McCanns, it does not put a single challenging question to anyone in the Portuguese police or to anyone in the media. This is truly astonishing."
The incident is one of several controversies Panorama has faced this year including a report on Scientology by journalist John Sweeney, in which he lost his temper and turned - in his words - into an "exploding tomato", and a report claiming that wi-fi technology might be harmful, which was denounced by some scientists as "irresponsible".
Mr Smith said the decisions about the programme's content were made after it obtained new footage, including an interview with witness Jane Tanner, and said: "The original version was just not journalistically as important."
McCann family spokesman Clarence Mitchell, a former BBC reporter, said the couple were 'content' with the broadcast version and had spoken to reporter Richard Bilton and told him they considered it 'fair'.

He caught on earlier than most to what was happening, didn't he? And events have proved he was 100% correct.
